Fun-filled recreational gymnastics classes for children aged 4+.

At Rebound Gymnastics we offer a fun-filled recreational gymnastics class for school children.

Our focus is on positivity and encouragement.  Every achievement, big or small is celebrated, giving your child the confidence and motivation to keep on trying.

At our gymnastics classes we aim to develop your child’s flexibility, strength, coordination and fitness levels.  We achieve this through games and exercises on a range of equipment such as airtrack, bars, vault, beam and floor.   

Our experienced and qualified coaches are passionate about focusing on each child, regardless of ability, ensuring they leave every class happy and excited for the next one.

Our coaches are Garda vetted, Safeguarding certified and are trained in first aid.  They abide by the Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children’s Sport as set out by Gymnastics Ireland, therefore ensuring the safety and welfare of every Rebound gymnast. 

Structure of classes:

Classes will begin with a fast paced jumping and running warm up, followed by a full body stretch. 

Children will then get to work exercises and drills on the different apparatus: Bars, Beam, Vault, floor and Airtrack, depending on experience and ability. 

At Rebound Gymnastics we encourage every gymnast to do their best in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.

Towards the end of the school year 2023/24, the children will be invited to take part in a display event and parents will be invited to watch.
