Booking

A booking is considered confirmed when you have competed the application form including the waiver and returned it to the club together with payment in full for the term in question.

Places can not be held beyond 7 days as there is huge demand for classes.

We expect all our children to come on time so that they can get the most out of their class and have lots of fun.

General Terms and Conditions & Information

This website logs IP addresses, browser types and length of user sessions for administration purposes. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and to help improve the quality of service available on this website.

Your IP address is used to gather broad statistical information. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.

Information relating to you

If you fill out a form on this website requesting information from us, we ask that you provide, your name, an email address and the nature of the information required from us . This is clearly set out on the applicable online form on this website. We require these details to answer your query and in order to provide any requested information . We do not provide this information to any other third party except if required in law.

When you join our classes we store Name, Email Address, Clild's Name, Age, Sex, Medical History, Waiver details and a record of payment received Y/N. This is for our internal administration processes in order for us to provide you with the required service.

If you subscribe to a future newsletter, we will transfer your name and email address to Mail Chimp who we use to prepare the newsletter and you will find their privacy statement  here.
